As a Sporting Clays Instructor and Coach, it seems there’s always been a healthy interest in “the mental game.” What is it, exactly? How does it work? Does it work? Where would I begin? All are good questions. Defining the mental game is a little like trying to define “shooting.” To make any sense of it, we first need to be a little more specific.
